Biography: 

Sai Aparna Mopuru is a seasoned Learning Experience Design (LXD) strategist with over 15 years of global experience across corporate, academic, research, and EdTech sectors. Her career spans leadership roles at Amazon and Wipro, along with impactful stints at Indian Council of Agricultural Research(ICAR) and Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies(RGUKT), where she helped establish foundational digital learning systems for thousands of learners in India.

Passionate about education as a catalyst for transformation, Sai has led diverse learning initiatives—from SaaS sales enablement and product training to engineering education and behavioral programs. Her approach combines creative Learning design with systemic thinking to deliver learning that is experience-led, outcome-driven, and scalable. She is a strong advocate for future-ready learning systems. From automating design and development processes to making them AI-powered, Sai has experimented with evolving learning workflows in step with emerging trends and learner needs. Her work is anchored in empathy, agility, and real-world relevance.

A recognized voice in the AI-L&D space, Sai is a Catalyst at the LXD Guild, a Distinguished Learner in Microsoft’s AI Learning Community (Beta Cohort), and serves as Head – Education at DeepSpace Initiative, a nonprofit focused on democratizing space research and STEM learning. Now based in the U.S., she partners with organizations to redesign instructional design workflows that are intelligent, creative, and inclusive—empowering L&D teams and educators to spark meaningful change at scale.
