Jan Hunter, MBA, is a former recruiter, workforce development expert, and experienced career coach with a background in big-firm consulting, healthcare, high tech, HR software companies, and outplacement organizations.

For more than twenty years, she has helped individuals and teams take charge of their careers through personalized, practical strategies that produce tangible results. Jan specializes in assisting clients at every career stage. However, her greatest passion is working with professionals over 50, helping them stand out in today’s competitive job market and move forward with confidence.

Her coaching experience spans former employees from entry-level to executive roles. She has worked with a range of organizations, from small boutique startups to global Fortune 100 companies. Driven by a deep passion for career development, Jan is committed to helping others create meaningful, fulfilling professional journeys. She has a BS in Marketing from Ball State University and an EMBA from the Kellogg School of Management. A long-time California resident, she now resides in Hilton Head. South Carolina with her dog, Eddie, where she loves to hike, bike and kayak.
