Ann McKitrick is the founder of Momentum, a leadership and personal development movement that equips
women to live and lead with clarity, connection, and confidence. She is also an Early Childhood Specialist, Parenting Coach, and Teacher Trainer with over 20 years of experience in early childhood education. Her workspans teaching infants and toddlers, directing college-based child development centers, mentoring educators, and delivering training for both parents and professionals through online and in-person platforms.
Ann holds a Master of Science in Human Development and Family Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in
Education. Her credentials include: Master Level Registered Trainer in the Texas Early Childhood Professional Development System, Certified Success Coach, Certified CIRCLE Trainer, Child Care Health Consultant, NAEYC Accreditation Consultant, and Relationship Development Intervention Consultant. She has taught atthe university level, published more than 20 online courses for early childhood professionals, and is a frequent presenter at conferences nationwide. Known for her ability to blend research-based content with emotional intelligence and real-life application, Ann creates learning experiences that inspire personal reflection, professional excellence, and values-based leadership.
