Chang Woo Kim is an Associate Professor in the Department of Nanotechnology Engineering at Pukyong National University. He completed his Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry at Sogang University in 2012. Additionally, he received an MSc in Chemistry (2007) and a BSc in Polymer Engineering (2005) from Pukyong National University, Republic of Korea. His research primarily focuses on the morpho-synthesis of metals and metal oxides and their applications in energy and environmental science. Currently, Chang Woo Kim’s interests lie in solar-to-chemical energy conversion through processes such as water splitting reactions and CO2 reduction reactions. Chang Woo Kim has published over 100 articles related to energy and environmental science, including contributions to several high-impact journals such as Advanced Materials, Advanced Energy Materials, Advanced Optical Materials, Nano Energy, Applied Catalysis B: Environmental, ACS Energy Letters, and Energy and Environmental Science.
